When shipping equipment for repair, be sure to pack the equipment carefully with plenty of packing material. Double box the equipment with cushioning material between the cartons. Please include a note stating the problems you are experiencing with the equipment, your name, address and telephone numbers.
We ask that you send a $100 payment with electronic equipment that will cover our initial evaluation and approximate return shipping/equipment disposal charge. Typically, an electronic repair might cost $175 plus shipping. Some repairs may cost more depending on what parts and labor are required.
